Animal Birth Control & Anti Rabies Vaccination (ABC – AR) Program

Regular Animal Birth Control Programs are carried out in the centre since its inception on 24th December 2007. On 28th March 2009, JBF signed an MoU with Guwahati Municipal Corporation to perform the Animal Birth Control & Anti-Rabies Vaccination (ABC & ARV) Program. Initially under the collaboration project with GMC, JBF was assigned to do operation of 20 dogs per week and giving Anti-Rabies vaccination before release. Since then JBF is doing minimum 80 operations per month successfully.
